Boston National Historical Park

The Boston National Historic Park is a collection of historic sites associated with the struggle for the independence of this nation. Established in 1974, there are eight significant sites within this 43-acre park. If you want to see most of the monuments that are associated with the park, all you need to do is hike the 2.5 miles long Freedom Trail. This trail weaves through the streets of Boston, and red bricks mark the path so that visitors know where to go next.
