From Jacksonville, you'll want to take Interstate 295-N until exit 41. At the exit, take the ramp toward FL-105 (Zoo Parkway). Follow the road for 15 miles until you reach Houston Avenue. Make a left and follow the signs into the park. Various parts of the preserve have different hours, so check with the park before visiting.
