From Rapid City: Follow St Joseph Street and Cambell Street to SD-79 South. Head east on St. Joseph Street toward 7th Street. Continue straight onto East St. Joseph Street. Take a slight right as East St. Joseph Street becomes Cambell Street. Continue onto SD-79. Take Lame Johnny Road to Csp Rd 6/Red Valley Road. Turn right. Turn right onto Lame Johnny Road. Turn left onto Csp Rd 1/Wildlife Loop Road. Turn left onto Csp Road 6/Red Valley Road. Continue until you reach the Wind Cave National Park entrance. From Rapid City Regional Airport: Head northwest on Terminal Road toward Kitty Hawk Road. Continue straight to stay on Terminal Road. Turn right to stay on Terminal Road. Turn left onto Airport Road. Keep right to continue toward SD-44 W. Continue straight onto SD-44 W. Turn left onto the ramp to US-16 W/Dakota 79 S. Merge onto US-16 BYP. Continue onto SD-79 S. Turn right.
