Round Lake State Park RV & Campground Guide

Idaho

High on the panhandle of Northern Idaho sits Round Lake, a 58-acre body of water ground out by glacier activity during the Pleistocene Age. Surrounding the lake is 142-acre Round Lake State Park. The park is a celebration of nature, a place where humans and nature not only collide but also find balance. A forest of towering trees, including larch, pine, and hemlock, provide a canopy over much of the park and a sense of the majesty of nature. Cattail, skunk cabbage, water grasses, and water lilies edge most of the lake where trout spring from the water, chasing after the insects flying above. Situated in Sagle, ID, this park draws visitors from large communities like Boise and Moscow, ID, who want to experience its beauty and take in a peaceful retreat in nature.
