- Smoking and/ or Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the camper. Any evidence of smoking or vaping in the camper will forfeit your security deposit.
- Return the camper clean, 100% ready for the next camper. If travel trailer is returned dirty and/or the tanks are not dumped and flushed, dump fees and/or cleaning fees will be deducted from deposit
- The cost of any damaged or missing items will also be deducted from the security deposit.
- We love dogs! Only thing we request is obviously potty-trained dogs. If your dog has severe anxiety when you are gone. Take that into consideration if you plan to leave them inside the RV UN-attended.
