- No smoking allowed
- No smoking or vaping allowed inside of unit. No use of medical/recreational drugs inside of unit. Extra cleaning fee applies, guest is responsible for damages caused/odor removal. Deposit loss
- “Stationary rental” Guest not allowed to move unit for any reason. Guest responsible for damages arising caused by guest moving of unit. Deposit loss. Owner delivers, levels, and setup.
- Pets allowed. Pet fee applies. Max 2. Guest responsible for damages caused by pet/s. Deposit loss. Extra cleaning fee applied due to unit left excessively dirty, feces, urine, or excessive hair.
