Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Smoking / Vapping, or drugs allowed - This is a drug free and non-smoking trailer. Any signs of drugs of any kind smoking, will result in a $1000 fee. Illegal drugs will be reported to authorities.
- Post Trip Cleaning fee: If the RV is not returned clean, there will be a $150 charge, for the first hour, then $75 per hour after. Billed by the hour.
- We are Pet friendly - Dogs or Cats only with a maximum of 2 pets. Any damage including biological damage will result in loss of your deposit.
- Tank Cleaning Fee: If the blank or gray tanks have not been emptied and cleaned, you will be charged a $150 tank cleaning service fee.
- Late return fee: There is a $25 late for for every hour the RV is not returned past the specified returned time.
