- No Smoking. There will be an additional 250.00 cleaning fee charged for the smoking of ANTHING. This includes vapes of any kind.

- Music festivals are only allowed on pre-approval of owner
- Always roll up the awning before it rains or heavy winds are in the area. Damaged awnings will cost your entire security deposit. Awnings are only used for shade.
