- No Music Festivals or Large Gatherings This RV is intended for family-friendly vacations, national park trips, and leisure camping. It is not available for music festivals, tailgates, or large events.
- No Smoking or Vaping Inside the RV Smoking or vaping inside the RV is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking (odor, ashes, burns, etc.) will result in additional cleaning fees.
- Pets Must Be Approved in Advance We are pet-friendly, but all pets must be disclosed and approved before the rental. Renters are responsible for any pet-related damages or excessive pet hair cleanup.
- Tanks Must Be Dumped Before Return Unless pre-arranged, black and gray water tanks must be emptied before returning the RV.
- No Off-Roading or Unauthorized Destinations This RV is not meant for extreme off-road use, deep sand, or rugged terrain. Travel is restricted to maintained roads, campgrounds, and RV parks.

This RV comes with exchangeable propane bottles, but they are not guaranteed full.
