I have been an avid camper for majority of my life. My wife and I have owned fifth wheels and a travel trailer. We love long trips to the beach and multiple long weekends to more local campgrounds around the tri state. I work at an RV service center. - The roof is a restricted area and is completely off limits to anyone other than the Owners.
- The awning is very susceptible to wind and rain damage. It must be rolled up in windy conditions, at night, and any time the Trailer is left unattended for more than an hour.
- Other than DOGS upon approval by Owners, ALL OTHER TYPES OF PETS/ANIMALS ARE RESTRICTED FROM BEING IN THE TRAILER AT ANY TIME. - Evidence of unauthorized pets will result in a $400.00 charge.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of the Trailer OR outside the Trailer with the windows open. - Evidence of smoking will result in a $400.00 charge.
- No items other than Trailer/Camper approved “Quick De-solving” toilet paper supplied by Owners is to be flushed down the toilet. The Trailer furnishings are NOT to be removed from the Trailer.
