Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please gather all dirty or wet towels and place on the shower floor before checkout.
- Please make sure all dishes are washed and put away.
- Please tie up all trash. If you are able to dump the trash in a nearby receptacle, please do so. If not, please make sure bags are tied up...this helps us prevent spills and leaks during transport.
- Please do not leave any perishable food in the refrigerator. Feel free to leave any unopened, non-perishable snacks in the communal pantry for the next guest.
- Please do not close the slides or awnings. We will do all of this at pick-up and transport time. *We ask that you ONLY retract the awnings IF a storm is headed your way on check-out day.*
Generator use is available by request at no additional charge. Renter is responsible for fuel charges for generator.
Roll-away bed also offered at no additional charge.
