Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 30
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Delivery to full hookup sites with 50amp electric preferred. Additional dumping fees for sites without sewer. Note generator fees will apply if shore power not available at site.
- Propane for kitchen is available but tank is turned off for your safety. Please close propane valve at tank when not in use. Portable tank provided for outdoor grill (included with delivery only opt.)
- Awning must be in closed position when campsite is unattended or in heavy rains to prevent damage.
- RV will be delivered with a full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank. If not, owner will fill the tank at the price of $5 per gallon and charged back to the renter.
- NO SMOKING/VAPING
