Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Towing: Blk/Grey tanks must be emptied. = $175 fee Delivery: On site/dump station is required. Septic dump add on = $75 If there is no dump station or on site hookup, there is a $175 fee.
- No cats, puppies (under 1 year), or any animal that requires bedding (shavings) or litter.
- Towing: The travel trailer must be hooked up to outlet/generator and water supply with the supplied surge protector and water pressure regulator.
- If any of the above rules are violated unfortunately, will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit or part of the security deposit based on the total amount due.
**Please note that a Supplemental Rental Agreement will be sent to you after the booking is confirmed.
