- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Supplemental Agreement (SRA) will be sent to you after booking confirmation. The SRA will need to be read, initialed, signed and returned before your rental start date.
- Pets are prohibited. Camper is not to be powered with a standard extension cord. Surge protector and water pressure regulator will be provided and MUST be used at all times.
- If any of the above rules are violated unfortunately, will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit or part of the security deposit based on the total amount due.
