Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 28
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- All tanks must be emptied when returned.
- Unless specified beforehand, please return cleaned and stocked (if items are used up).
- No using the awning. Please bring a pop-up for shade purposes.
- Furry friends are welcome, but please no pets on the bed or furniture.
- RV toilet paper only in toilet. Nothing else. Black tank issues are not fun for us or anyone else involved. It is also very expensive to clean out anything besides biodegradable paper that dissolves.
*We understand that campers get dirty and a normal amount of dirt is acceptable and will not result in an extra charge. However, if it takes extra labor and there is an unacceptable amount of dirt, soot, trash, food, stains, messes, etc it will result in an additional $200 cleani...
