This is a brand new 5th wheel toy hauler camper that sleeps 6-7 comfortably.
The toy hauler has 2 double bed bunks and a 1/2 bath.
The main area has a fireplace with a large screen TV and full kitchen.
The full bath has a larger shower and sink. The mater bedroom has 2 closet's and new queen size bed.
Outside has a TV, floor mat and 4 bag chairs.

Beautiful RV, just as described and more! Very clean, had towels, camp chairs, pie irons and all the necessities in kitchen. Booking was easy and communication was great! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

the renter was very easy to work with as well. Great communication. Highly recommend the renter. Very experienced as a camper and took very good care of our camper in the bad weather.

- The owners of the RV will be delivering and setting up the RV.
- Please confirm your site will accommodate this camper. It's 43 foot with 3 slide outs and 2 awnings.
- For authorized camping facilities only. Private property usage must be pre-approved to ensure safety and fit of the camper on access roadways and sites.
- Propane use requires refilling at campground. If not refilled by renter at campground, the amount used will be billed against the security deposit with a $25 surcharge
- Prior to leaving the renter is responsible for removing all used linens. The renter can leave all the used items in the toy hauler area for quick cleaning. All doors and windows must be shut.
There is an on board generator. Not to be used except for emergency such power failure. If generator is used the RV owner must be contacted prior to starting the generator. POWER from the electrical box outside must be detached. The generator fee will be $35.00 a day. Recrea...
