Rules & Policies
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Cleaning fee of $100-250 may apply if above-average cleaning is necessary upon return of the RV. Evaluation will be based on excess dirt, stains, etc.
- Though we do not charge an initial pet fee, we reserve the right to apply a pet fees in an amount TBD for any damage caused by pets (including any extra cleaning needed to remove pet stains or fur).
- Late return fee of $50 may be applied if RV is returned after 11 AM (unless a later return was previously agreed upon prior to/during booking).
- RV will need to be refueled to 1/4 tank prior to return. Failure to do so will result in an additional fee of $50.
- RV black and gray tanks will need to be emptied prior to return. Failure to do so will result in an additional fee of $100.
