Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Propane tanks must be re-filled upon return. If failure to fill tanks there will be an additional fee of $100.
- Black and grey water tanks must be empty upon return. Failure to dump will be an additional $150 fee.
- Drop off time must be met. A late fee of $25 per hour will be charged unless prior arrangements are made.
- Return trailer clean and tidy. A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if left dirty.
- No smoking or vaping.
The R.V. is located on the South side of our home where it is hooked up to 30 amp power, water and sewer. Front door faces south into a fruit orchard that is picturesque and is lined with very tall quaking aspens.
Location is close to Idaho Falls and Rexburg about 12 minutes each direction.
