Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Pets must be in a crate if left unattended in trailer.
- Cleaning: Guests will follow the cleaning procedures in the trailer manual. If cleaning procedures are not properly followed, the excessive cleaning fee will be applied.
- Dumping: Tanks need to be emptied and cleaned upon return as outlined in the Renter's Manual or dump fee will be applied.
- IF RENTER IS TOWING: Must have towing knowledge/experience with approved towing vehicle. The following is required for towing vehicle: brake controller, towing hitch and 7 pin trailer plug.
Delivery: If you need delivery, please contact us to ensure that the desired dates align with our schedules to be able to deliver and pick up. We are unavailable for delivery/pick on certain dates due to our work schedules.
