Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 27
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Only rapid-dissolving RV toilet paper is to be used in toilet. No wipes.
- No awning use unless you assume responsibility for any damage. Understanding awning use is not covered in insurance.
- If pets found or resulting damage caused, deposit will be lost in full.
- We ask that our renters to please depart the trailer with trash removed, dishes put away, surfaces wiped down, and broom swept out and that the refrigerator be empty and clean.
