Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Renter must purchase interior damage protection. I can cover through my State Farm policy for $10 a day.
- Renter is responsible for any damages occurred during rental period.
- A cleaning fee may be added upon return.
- Additional dumping fee may be added depending on the flush required to get septic back to a sanitized state.
