This is my 2019 Winnebago Minnie Drop 170s, it’s a 3 person light weight camper perfect for a small family or friends going on a cross country road trip. This particular camper has the off road package with added ground clearance. For sleeping, it has an rv queen and dinette conversion to comfortably sleep 3 people. The minnie drop 170s also has a slide out to maximize interior space.

The trailer was very nice...perfect for our stay with family. Sam was very communicative and accommodating, providing us with everything we needed. He delivered and set up the trailer ready for us when we arrived...he also picked it up and handled everything.

- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please dump tanks before returning
- Clean off slide roof before closing and watch the wood panel when opening the slide to verify it doesn’t get caught
- Leave dirty towels in shower and used bedding on the queen bed when you return the camper
- pick up/dropoff is flexible, just make sure it is communicated beforehand
- Please sweep up the camper before returning and remove any food debris from the cooktop
