RV was like a really nice apartment. Beautiful and comfortable. Super clean and had everything you could ever want from supplies, a true hot shower, and reclining easy chairs. Hostess/owner was incredible helpful and nice and even checked on us. We had a fantastic vacation.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 40
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Return RV with EMPTY black/grey tanks. $50 fee to empty tanks. Return RV with FULL gas tank. $ per gal needed + 20% + $10 service fee for filling.
- NO Smoking. There is a $500 fee for smoking. NO Festivals. Strict policy for any type or kind.
- Return RV in condition you received it. Basic post-trip cleaning such as laundry included.
Delivery is free if within Holland, MI.
Delivery is $3.00 per mile if outside of Holland, MI.
Delivery Fee is $3.00 per mile (i.e. Delivery Roundtrip 80 Miles = $240 fee)
Nightly Fee + Mileage Fee is $2.00 per mile (i.e. Drive Roundtrip 80 Miles = $160)
RV tanks must be emptied before you return (when driven by renter).
