Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- This is a NON-smoking camper, and Flushable wipes ARE NOT permitted as this will cause damage to the camper. Failure to comply with these 2 rules will result in total loss of the security deposit.
- Renters are responsible to book a campsite that can accommodate a 37' camper with a 50-amp service, sewer and water hookups (proof will be required). Renters must be onsite for a walk through
- Renters must be onsite within 15 minutes of the agreed upon arrival to complete the Walk-Through of the Camper. Late Check-Ins are subject to a $75/hour fee.
- If you wish to use the awning, you are accepting full liability if any damages occur. You are required to close it when not using it or away from the camper, as well as, during windy and rainy days.
- We require that you return the camper to the condition in which it was left for you. There are cleaning supplies for you to use. Please refer to our Welcome Guide in the Camper for additional info.
Camper will be delivered to and setup at the campground that you have booked within our 25 mile range, up to 50 mile for an additional fee. We do require full hookups, with 50 amp, water & sewer, that can accommodate a minimum of 37 feet.
