Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking in the camper. Evidence of smoking or any other illicit drug use will result in the forfeit of the entire security deposit + extra cleaning fees deemed necessary to sanitize & remove smells
- Black tank dump fee is $50. This fee only applies to the camper's who haul themselves & cannot or do not drain/clean tank at the campground. Will be refunded upon rental return if all is emptied.
- Pets must be kenneled in the garage area of the camper. NO FREE ROAMING in the camper while unattended or camper is empty. NO animals on furniture, including beds.
- Excessive amount of mud/sand/dirt from renter while being used will be charged extra for the cleaning fee.
- Please specify if the site is full hook up & if the generator will be needed as this will accrue extra charges.
**The cleaning/prep fee is a cleaning & restocking fee which includes trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, plastic silverware, zip lock bags, aluminum foil.
