Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Camper is to be returned broom cleaned and surfaces wiped down with the provided wipes. No dirty dishes to be left. Failure will incur an additional $150 cleaning fee.
- In addition to no smoking, there is to be no vaping or other drug use. Any residual smell or evidence of smoking or vaping will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
No generator is provided with this unit.
