Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 18
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Use of 1 propane tank is permitted with each rental. If 2nd tank is used, $10-30 Fee will be assessed.
- NO Smoking/vaping OR incense inside rental OR under awning. - Forfeiture of security deposit
- NO Shoes on carpet areas -Bunkhouse and dining room sections.
- RV toilet - NOTHING but special supplied toilet paper and waste is to be flushed down the toilet - Failure to follow this rule will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
- Any pet present is a forfeiture of security deposit
