- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please do not cook inside the camper. We provide a portable Coleman grill, and several electric cooking options (skillet, toaster oven, etc.).
- Please do not leave the AC unit running 24/7. You may use the overhead fan or one of the provided fans as needed. If camping in direct sunlight, it may be helpful to place Reflectix panels (included)
