Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Fee of $150 will be applied if RV is not as clean as when delivered. Fee of $300 will be applied if the black/grey tanks are not dumped or clogged due to inappropriate use of toilet.
- Fee of $500 will be applied if a late return causes next reservation failure.
- Fee of $30 will levied for each 1/4 LP tank required to bring the level when RV delivered.
- Fee of $85 will levied for each 1/4 fuel tank required to bring the level when RV delivered.
- Fee of $75 service charge will be applied in addition to the related charges of fines for red light camera citations, toll violations, parking tickets, etc. Please be conscious of speed limits and all
