This camper is great for couples or for a family with kids. It has a bedroom up front with a queen bed. The couch folds out into a bed (60 inches), the dining room table can be folded down into a bed. The bunk house has 2 double sized bunk beds. On raining days there is plenty of room for kids to play games, toys or even watch a movie.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- RV must be returned/picked up clean and holding tanks emptied. A 150.00 cleaning/dumping fee (or up to full deposit amount depending on severity) will be charged otherwise.
- No smoking, vaping, drug use within the RV. Full security deposit will be charged otherwise.
- Pets are welcome however, any pet damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
Please treat this camper as your own. Please keep it clean, and pick up after yourselves. Please be respectful of this trailer. Renters will be held accountable for damages caused by them.
