Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Music festivals accepted only after preapproval by owner
- All dishes must be washed and put in the dish strainer provided. All linens must be put in the shower in the bathroom upon departing.
- Avoid extra cleaning costs by departing the camper like you accepted it. $200.00 additional cleaning fee will be charged for the trailer left dirty.
- Always roll up the awning before it rains or heavy winds are in the area. Damaged awnings will cost your entire security deposit. Awnings are only used for shade.
