- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Smoking or vaping in the trailer will forfeit your security deposit. No music festivals. No subletting. Dogs only. A max of 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) or 1 medium dog (up to 40lbs.) No large dogs.
