- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Black and Grey tanks must be emptied before returning No smoking and No pets. No use of stove. Yes use of microwave. RV officially sleeps 10 but sleeps 8 comfortably Bike rack holds 4 standard bikes
- RV must be returned with a full tank of gas.
