Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking, vaping or drug use of any kind inside the camper / RV.
- Cooking/Storing- No cooking or storing of any “smelly” items that could result in lingering odors that may be difficult to remove.
- No more than 8 people inside the camper trailer and no parties. Please do basic cleaning prior to returning the RV. Additional cleaning charges may apply if not returned in satisfactory condition.
- We discourage the use of the exterior awning. If you use it, do so at your own risk. Any damage to the awning will be charged to you and may not be covered by your insurance. Never leave unattended.
- DO NOT put anything in the toilet besides human waste and provided RV toilet paper.
