We are nonsmokers and keep a clean camper. we will do everything possible to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. we sanitize all bedding after every trip. And all surfaces in the camper are sanitized with antimicrobials.

Ralph was so kind and the camper was great for a family of four with small kids. Beds were comfy, fridge was cold. Delivery was timely. We did not use the shower, freezer or AC. 4 stars for some minor repairs that are needed.

So sorry for the inconvenience of the hot water I failed to check to make sure it was working properly I only recently purchased the camper and was unaware of the stink of the black tank I will have to replace the toilet thanks for letting me know and again sorry for the inconv...
