- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Smoking No Pets Two adults maximum overnight stay. Does not include linens or towels. We will deliver the RV with a full fresh water tank unless otherwise requested.
- RV must be returned with full tank of gas unless the pre-paid fuel option is selected. If not retuned full there will be a charge for gas used plus $50 fee.
- If you need to dump the grey or black water tank during your stay please let us know.
- Vehicle comes with Sunpass. Please pay any tolls charged during trip to host upon drop off.
- RV must be returned clean (exterior/interior) upon return unless the return clean-up fee is selected on add-ons.
