Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 30
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please reach out to discuss minimum age requirement.
- Do not attach any items to interior or exterior by use of adhesive, nails, screws or any other means. (there will be a minimum $75.00 fee per occurrence)
- Black and grey tanks must be cleaned, please attempt to leave the unit as clean as it was when you picked it up.
- Dirty linen needs to be stripped off the beds and placed in the tub include towels and wash clothes and hand towels.
