This is our beautiful 2023 Fleetwood Flair 32N. Spacious interior and very decorative inside. We treat this RV as our second home. Drives like a dream. 350 hp V8 "Godzilla" motor and 8 speed auto transmission. 1 and 1/2 baths that sleeps up to 6 people. This unit is also equipped with Starlink and Firestick.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 35
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Cross County Travel OR Travel to Mexico or Canada. (This unit is equipped with a GPS unit)
- Absolutely no Smoking in the RV of any kind AND no transportation of Illegal drugs or transportation of anything that is deemed "Illegal" A minimum of but not limited to 10,000.00 fee will be assessed
- Absolutely no party events such as Burning Man Events, or desert events, etc... Additional charge of $5,000.00 will be assessed if the RV is taken to any type of these like type events.
- No pets allowed
RV can be parked in our Driveway or in front of our home on the street or delivered to an RV Park located within 15 miles of our home.
Additional fee's defined:
1) We ensure that when our renter picks up our RV that the exterior is washed and clean so we expect the same courtesy when it is returned. If it is returned dirty then the fee of $350.00 will apply.
