Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No pets, having pets will result in a $250 cleaning fee. No smoking or vaping, violation will result in $250 fee.
- If septic will need to be emptied by owner there will be a added fee of $50 extra at end of trip.
- Awning is not covered by renters insurance, if renter decides to use awning and damage occurs, renter will be 100% liable for repairs during use.
- Camper will be clean upon delivery/pick up, and shall be delivered back in like condition. Cleaning fees of $100-$500 will be applied if camper is brought back unclean or excessive wear.
- Use only approved rv toilet paper, do not flush feminine products, diapers, or household toilet paper, damage to septic system will occur and fees up to $500 could result to have system fixed.
