Comes set up for a family of 5, like us, to take out (or be delivered) so you can make some outdoor family memories. Or, we can take everything out so you can use your own things. It can fit more than 5, but it will start to get a little cramped. It comes with all you need inside and out.

Recently retired Marine, family of 5 and we love to get outdoors when we can to create memories together and shut off from everything else. I like to be involved in my community as I grew up here in the Pacific NW.

Need to have a face to face conversation with the responsible adult in charge to go over all the in's & out's of the camper and how to use it and take care of it. That's for towing or drop off.
Paying attention to the tank meters throughout your rental period is your responsibility. If the grey or black tanks overfill, that causes damage and will result in losing the security deposit.
You are responsible for monitoring the battery and propane levels, if you run out of propane or the batteries die, it could affect your experience (heat, fridge, hot water).
When hooked up to a generator or normal outlet for power (not a camp site hookup) you can only run 1 appliance at a time. this is the AC, Fan and Microwave. Will trip breaker, may blow fuse (damage).
