- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Smoking in or around the RV which leads to odors, damage or fire will result in the forfeiture of deposit
- Animal soil and/or damage caused by the animals could result in twice the cost to repair/remedy
- We know accidents happen, but, items missing, damaged or removed could result in 3 times the cost to repair or replace
- The outdoor grill MUST be cleaned after use and before returning the rig otherwise cost to clean will be $50, all dishes MUST be washed and returned to their places or additional
- Last but not least, HAVE FUN!
