Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- We welcome our Renters to bring their pets along with them. We ask our Renters to please keep close eyes on your pets while inside the Trailer as pet damage can be extremely expensive to repair.
- Strictly NO Smoking .
- Grey/black water tanks must be emptied before returning. A dumping fee of $250 will be deducted from deposit if either are not emptied.
- Renters are responsible for any propane usage. We ask our Renters to please return the Propane tanks at the same level as they were checked out, or a fee of $40 will be deducted from deposit.
- We ask that our renters to please return the Trailer with trash removed, surfaces wiped down, and broom swept out and that the Refrigerator to be empty and clean.
Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the RV comes back extra dirty. Extra dirty means stains on inside surfaces as well as dirty exterior.
Attention: ALL tanks must be emptied or a $250 disposal fee will apply. Check the onboard tank indicators. This is what we go by.
