Sleeps 6 comfortably: cozy queen bed, bunks are full size top and bottom and 1-2 kids can sleep where the kitchen dinette is ( or move table and add a pack n play). Full kitchen with large fridge, stove, microwave, full sink, pantry space and kitchen table (seats 4).

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 30
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- PET/SMOKING FEE: If evidence of either , $500 deposit will be forfeited
- DUMPING FEE: Grey and Black tanks must be emptied before returning or $300 fee - DO NOT use toilet/sink/ shower if you don’t intend to completely dump and clean.
- REFUELING FEE: Two FULL propane tanks for renter, return full or $50 fee for each tank
- ABONDONMENT FEE: $1000
- Any damage during a rental for concert, festival or sporting event - deposit will be forfeited
