Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Keep fire pits/structures at least 20 feet from camper.
- Do not move camper unless authorized by the owner.
- If using generator, keep generator 25 feet down wind of camper for occupant safety.
- Higher nightly rates will be quoted for fairs, festivals, football games, motorsports events, and weddings.
For stationary rental, RV will be parked in our driveway with easy access.
