This trailer has the perfect layout for its size, without sacrificing benefits of the big trailers. It sleeps 8! It has the longest 88” table sitting available in any RV that slides out. I am 6’3” and can sleep on the table bed.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking or vaping. It will result in full deposit withheld
- Renter must dispose of all trash and clean and put away all dishes you use. And make sure you empty inside and outside fridge and freezer. This will result in additional cleaning fee of $100 hr
- If there are any missing or damaged items, renter will be charged to replace them.
- If there is any wind make sure the awning is rolled up. The wind can damage them easily
- All linens and towels must be removed from beds and placed in the bathroom tub.
