Everything will h this RV was as is described. We had 4 adults and 4 children stay in this RV for a week and a half. It was wonderful. Tiffany and her husband Doug were great to work with. We were first time RV campers and they answered all of our questions.

- No smoking allowed
- No smoking -If returned and you have smoked in the rv there will be a $500. charge.
- Cleaning fee- If the RV is returned in unsatisfactory condition. You will be charged a $100. fee.
- Dumping fee- If you do not dump the RV there will be a $150.00 fee.
