Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- If you pick up the camper, the holding tanks MUST be empty upon return or owners will charge the security deposit $100 to do it afterwards.
- You MUST pre-approve pets with owner - dogs under 50 lbs is $5 per day and dogs over 50lbs are $10 per day. If pets are not pre-approved there will be $200 take out of your security deposit.
