Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Awnings: Please be mindful when using the Awning. Do not use it during windy days. During a heavy rainstorm please angle awing by pulling down on one side.
- Cleaning: Please clean all used kitchenware and empty all trash cans. You do not need to sweep/mop, however, it cannot be “trashed” or so dirty beyond what is reasonable for a vacation.
- Propane: The RV is equipped with (2) 30Lb propane tanks. You will be supplied with 1 full tank. You will be responsible for usage exceeding 1 tank.
- Repairs: Please do not attempt to make any repairs or modifications on your own
- Odors / Cooking: We do not allow anything that can create a strong smell in the RV that is difficult to remove, such as raw fish storage or cooking with heavy spices such as curry or strong gumbo.
