Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Pets will only be permitted by final approval of owner. Pet cleaning fee of $750.00 will apply if the RV returns in a unsatisfactory condition. It will be the owners discretion if pet fee applies
- No tail gaiting or stadium/festival rentals without owner consent. Minimum delivery fee of $500.00, final delivery fee to be determined by the owner based on mileage, delivery location and time.
- Fresh water refill if not returned full - $50 Propane refill if not returned full - $125 Fuel refill if not returned full - $5 per gallon Sewage dump if not emptied - $250
- Cleaning fee if not returned in same condition as pick up. (This is separate from Pet fee clean up if applicable) - $350
- A late fee of $100.00 per hour will be applied if the RV is returned past the agreed upon time in the contract.
