- Be respectful of our property. Treat it as you would treat your own property.
- If anything is missing (i.e., kitchen utensils, outdoor chairs, etc.) the renter will be charged accordingly for the missing items.
- If renter is “Dry camping” (meaning with no hook ups and needing the generator) then we will have an extensive checklist/questionnaire to go over with the renter before the trip begins.
** Generator is supplied if requested by the renter. If the generator is requested there will be a $50 charge for each rental day/night (I.e., if you rent for 3 nights then the generator fee will be $150). The generator can be temporarily attached and locked to a storage rack abo...
