Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- $75 Dump fee will be added if you fail to dump before returning to owner.
- $1000 Smoking/Vaping/Tobacco/Marijuana fee will be added if these are used in rental.
- $50/hour Excessive dirty fee. If returned with excess trash, dirt, dust, etc.
- Late fee of $40/hour will be charged starting at 6pm, unless prior arrangements are made with owner.
